While results may vary, Laser and peel combinations are a great way to reduce the background redness and brown spots, called "poikiloderma."   It comes from having too much sun on the sides of the neck and V of the neck. Be advised that there is some skin sloughing for 1-2 weeks with this combination and it may target any precancers that may be present.

Look at the spot under this woman's chin, on the left neck. The precancerous spot called an actinic keratosis became evident only after she had treatment. It will fully heal with time and her skin will tighten. It should not reoccur. Most spots occur on the left side of the face and neck because the driver's side receives the most sun exposure.
