Kristen Ritch PA-C was born in New York, and raised outside of Atlanta, Georgia before settling in Northern Virginia. Kristen knew early on that she wanted to be a Physician Assistant. While working on her undergraduate studies, her interest in dermatology sparked. She completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology at George Mason University. She then pursued a second BS in Medical Science and a post graduate Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in West Virginia. After graduating, she began her career caring for patients in internal medicine, and later in bariatric surgery. After rounding out her general medicine skillset, she was able to redirect her focus on her passion of dermatology.

She  joined Professional Dermatology Care in January 2021 and has years of dermatological experience. She works closely with Dr. Nandedkar following a full team approach model according to AAD guidelines.  Kristen is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Jessica Beliveau PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Professional Dermatology Care. She is a Northern VA native and was previously a medical assistant with PDC. She first learned she wanted to pursue a career in medicine after she assisted at a clinic in Riobamba, Ecuador. She attended the University of Delaware and graduated with a neuroscience degree. She completed PA school at Pace University in New York City, where she rotated at hospitals in Manhattan including NYU Langone, Lenox Hill Hospital and New York Presbyterian. She is a member of the AAPA and SDPA. She is happy to be closer to family again, and spends her time hiking, baking, and going to local farmers markets.


​​Maithily Nandedkar, MD, FAAD also known as Dr. Nandedkar-Thomas to her patients- completed her Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts in 1988 from the George Washington University and her Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland in 1992. She worked for two local TV stations: W*USA-TV and Cable News 21.


In 1994, she left TV news to pursue medicine. She interned at the National Institutes of Health. She graduated from Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City in 1999 then completed her Internship at the Washington Hospital Center in 2000 and Dermatology Residency at Howard University in 2003. She is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Dermatologic surgeon with over 18 years of experience. She has published in several peer reviewed journals and books. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.  She is also a member of the National Psoriasis Foundation.
