Payment: Please remember that we are a small business. In order for us to remain in business and provide
you with the highest quality dermatology care, we require reimbursement. It is that simple. Therefore, we
respectfully request that you pay your co-pays and other payments due at the time that services are rendered.
Please note that any billing statements that you receive require payment in a timely manner.

Our Promise to you: We are committed to providing superior patient care. As an adjunct to that promise, WE
WILL NOT SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS. However,
if you fail to reimburse the practice within 90 days
after a billing statement has been sent for payment due for services rendered, then
we reserve the right to not
see you until your balances are cleared or we may alternatively discharge you from the practice  and refer you
to another physician for  further follow-up care
.
Please contact our billing office at 703-860-1818 or email us at
manaagement@professionaldermatologycare.com if there is a need to make payment arrangements due to
financial hardships. We are more that happy to help you in this regard. Please note that we NEVER make
payment arrangement for cosmetic services as these are optional and not medically necessary.

Insurance Payments: PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR INSURANCE CARD WITH YOU AT EACH
VISIT. We may have seen it before- but just as we like to see YOU again- we'd like to see your card too!

Late Arrivals: "Three strikes and you are out":  Dr. Nandedkar strives to be on time as much as possible but
as you know sometimes delays are unavoidable. We appreciate your thoughtfulness. Likewise, we
understand that life sometimes gets hectic for you too, and you may not be able to make your appointment at
its scheduled time. If it happens once, we will be more than understanding and make sure you are seen that
day.  Please remember that you willbe classified as a "work-in-emergency" patient, meaning you may have to
wait  to be seen until there is an opening in the schedule. Rest assured though, we will not refuse you care.

If it happens twice, we will be less than understanding and be concerned that it may be becoming a habit for
you. Please remember that if you are on time then the doctor can see all the patients on time. Rest assured, we
will see you but make a note in your chart regarding the repeat delay. If you are late a third time in one year,
we reserve the right to confirm our suspicion that this is a habit for you and you will not be seen that day but
we will fit you in sometime in the next two weeks.

"No-Show" Policy: Please call us at 703-860-1818 or email us at
management@professionaldermatologycare.com at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
It is simply courtesy to inform us. We adhere to a modified "three strikes you are out" policy as above.

Minors: All Minors must be seen with a parent or guardian on the first visit. With the exception of Accutane,
for the two subsequent visits, all patients under 18 years of age may come alone
if the parent or guardian
provides written permission.
Please remember, the parent or guardian is still responsible for payment for
services rendered.  If the minor is on Accutane, then a parent or guardian must be present at each office visit.
